Gyala Hatchery is good if you do it properly with a decent team.
My favourite is probably Hells' Precipice, first time i did it 2 years ago i was in a team with 3 brits, a German and some Spaniards and we had to resort to calling and drawing on the mini-map (amazingly, no one drew a penis) to communicate.
Despite the language barrier we breezed through the mission, especially the bit with the portal-thingys.

Abbadon's Mouth for sieging the fort of the Mursaat, Thirsty River, for you need to kill fast to win, Eternal Grove, Tihark Orchard,etc.

I really enjoy Gate of Madness. Fun mission with a fun battle at the end. I also really enjoy Abaddon's Mouth since you have to break into a Mursaat fort.

Vizunah Square. Yes, call me crazy, but the fights there are just so big and awesome, that's just my idea of the perfect mission.

Great Northern Wall. It's a great memory of my first mission, so I suppose it's my favorite.

Another vote for Vizunah.
Lots of fights and none too hard.
I'm curious what people like about Minister Cho's Estate. I'm usually just twidling my thumbs at a closed gate while Togo is explaining game basics.

THK, just because it was the first real choke point for bad teams in GW. "Zomg this is teh hards"... Sucking less is key. Oh, and 'cause you could afk there on a monk just to be mean to all the 7/8s lfmonk, or charge 5k to monk for such an easy mission.

I'm sure no one else is gonna say it... I really like Divinity Coast. It's easy*, the Eye is cool, I like knocking everyone over, and there's always a few people trying to get the bonus. I'm helpful like that, so it's good times for all.
Vizunah Square can be fun as long as people don't insist on watching the end cutscene. I'm not gonna deny anyone their plot, and it IS important to see if you're following the storyline, but after a few times sitting through it, I usually grab a book if it looks like someone's not skipping. :P
Eternal Grove's fun with a good group, and I like whichever NF mission requires you to free centaurs. That one with MM is lots of fun.
*only if the Tengu and Ettins don't rape the third and fifth Chosen before I can get to them! ;_;

Riverside Providence w/bonus. Always fun killing everything and still being warned about avoiding the patrols. If only he knew I killed them already haha.
The Frost Gate ranks up there too. Lighting the beacons sure seemed LoTR but oh well.

I've been on a Tahnakai kick recently, probably done it 70+ times the last week, mostly solo, couple times with PUGs, several times I've taken just 1 person who needs it - only missed masters once, so far.

Vizunah Square is pretty fun with the idea of two parties helping each other, as well as the other missions with two parties involved. Also, Tihark Orchard is a fun solo mission
